1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the xbajee 9 platform and all services under it. Accessing the platform through the xbajee 9 website, mobile application, or any other means constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If a user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they may not use the site.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Keeping an account secure is entirely the user's responsibility. Keeping the password confidential, not sharing login details with anyone else, and logging out after every session are all required. If any unauthorised use of the account is suspected, xbajee 9's support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

3.3 Multiple Account Restriction

Each user may operate only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

xbajee 9 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If verification has not been completed, a withdrawal request may be delayed.

4.3 Payment Verification

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using a third-party account will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account may be placed under investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at xbajee 9 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a ৳2,000 bonus will be added to their account, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once; attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• The maximum bet limit set by the system for bonuses must be observed.
• xbajee 9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• No bonus should be treated as free money — it is always subject to wagering requirements.

5.3 VIP Programme and Cashback

The xbajee 9 VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week. For example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. Moving to a higher level requires consistent and active gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games available on xbajee 9 — slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by the rules of their respective providers. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be interfered with by any party.

6.2 Betting Limits
